Ticket sales are fulfilled through the Ticketscloud ticketing system (ООО «Тикетсклауд», ticketscloud.com) under a ticket distributor agreement — every event in the catalogue is sold under an active distribution arrangement.
Tickets are issued in the organiser's name. Entry is subject to venue rules and age restrictions stated on each event page. All sales are final unless an event is cancelled or materially rescheduled, in which case a full refund is issued automatically to the original payment method.
