PROMOTER COLLABORATION TERMS

1. SCOPE

These Promoter Collaboration Terms (the "Terms") govern participation as a promoter or influencer (a "Promoter") in promotional campaigns offered by event organisers (each an "Organiser") through the platform operated by ИП Алексанян Гайк Давидович (Individual Entrepreneur Aleksanyan Gaik Davidovich) ("Tonik") at tonik.events (the "Platform"). They form part of the Terms of Service. By joining a campaign you accept these Terms.

2. THE RELATIONSHIP

  1. The collaboration is between you and the Organiser. Tonik operates the ticketing, counts attributed sales, keeps the ledger, and processes reward settlement — Tonik is not a party to the collaboration and owes no reward itself.
  2. Nothing in these Terms creates employment, agency, partnership, or any authority to act on behalf of the Organiser or Tonik.
  3. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to receive the rewards offered in your jurisdiction.

3. COOPERATION MODELS AND ATTRIBUTION

  1. The campaign states the cooperation models on offer (a revenue share, a percentage on top, an audience discount code, or a ticket reward). The model you pick at joining is your deal; asking to change it later requires the Organiser's approval and applies forward only — accruals already made are not recalculated.
  2. Only attributed sales count. A sale is attributed to you when the buyer purchases through your links or enters your code at checkout. Reposts, mentions, or traffic without your link or code accrue nothing.
  3. Attribution is measured by the Platform's records, which are decisive. Numbers shown on your promoter page are live and update as orders settle; refunded or cancelled orders are removed from your attributed totals.

4. TICKET REWARDS

  1. Where a campaign offers you tickets, they are a reward for results: the Organiser sets how many attributed sales earn them. The tickets are reserved from sale when you join and are issued to your email only when the campaign completes with your threshold met.
  2. If the campaign completes without the threshold being met, the reserved tickets return to sale and no reward is due.
  3. Reward tickets are complimentary, personal, non-transferable for resale, and carry the event's entry conditions.

5. MONETARY REWARDS AND PAYOUTS

  1. Monetary rewards accrue on the Platform ledger in the currency of the attributed sales and are payable by the Organiser from the Organiser's balance on the Platform.
  2. Before any payout you must complete identity verification and provide payout details. Verification is requested at payout, not at joining.
  3. Payout requests are reviewed; the destination you gave at the moment of the request is frozen for that payout. Tonik's platform fee on rewards is charged to the Organiser on top and never deducted from you.
  4. You are responsible for your own taxes on rewards received.

6. YOUR CONDUCT

  1. Promote honestly. No misleading claims about the event, prices, availability, or your relationship with the Organiser; comply with the advertising-disclosure rules of your jurisdiction and of each network you post on (e.g. marking material as advertising where required).
  2. No spam, no bought or automated traffic, no self-purchases or other schemes to inflate attributed sales, no bidding on the Organiser's or Tonik's brand terms in paid search without written permission.
  3. Use only the promotional materials the Organiser cleared for the campaign, or your own original content. Do not alter event facts (date, venue, lineup, age restrictions) in your posts.
  4. A breach of this section entitles the Organiser to remove you from the campaign and void unaccrued and unpaid rewards obtained through the breach; manipulated sales are excluded from attribution.

7. DATA

Your name, contact details, declared social channels, campaign statistics, and — when you request a payout — identity and payout details are processed to run the collaboration and meet legal obligations, as described in the Privacy Policy. Identity documents are used for verification only.

8. TERMINATION AND CHANGES

  1. You may leave a campaign at any time; accrued monetary rewards for attributed sales made before leaving remain payable, and unearned ticket rewards return to sale.
  2. The Organiser may pause or close a campaign at any time; closing settles rewards under Section 4 and 5 as they stand.
  3. Tonik may update these Terms prospectively; the version in force when a campaign closes governs that campaign's settlement.

9. LIABILITY AND LAW

  1. Tonik provides the counting and settlement infrastructure "as is" and is not liable for the Organiser's decisions, solvency, or campaign outcomes.
  2. These Terms are governed by the law stated in the Terms of Service, and its dispute-resolution provisions apply.
