tonik is an authorised ticket distributor — sales run through the Ticketscloud ticketing system (ООО «Тикетсклауд», ИНН 7703459471, ticketscloud.com) under a distributor agreement; each listing is sold under an active deal with the organiser.

payments

cards — Visa, Mastercard, MIR, СБП · digital assets — USDT, USDC, BTC, TON. card data never touches our servers: checkout is hosted by certified payment providers.

delivery

tickets are electronic — issued instantly after payment confirms, delivered to your email and kept under my tickets. the QR code is the ticket; no physical shipping, no pickup.

refunds

cancelled or materially rescheduled events are refunded automatically in full to the original payment method — no request needed. everything else is per the refund policy.
